We provide receiving and forwarding, not outbound email.
We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access.
Decide for yourself whether an address is suitable for important accounts.

1. Acceptance of these terms
Accessing or using any feature of this site means you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service description
We provide short-term temporary inboxes, controllable long-term forwarding addresses, limited-retention delivery records, and verifier protection. The service only receives or forwards email; users may not send or reply to emails through this site.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to independently consent to online service terms, or have valid consent from a parent or guardian. Anyone legally prohibited from using relevant communications services may not use this site.
4. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
These examples illustrate the boundaries and are not exhaustive. The key considerations are whether you respect third-party rules, cause harm, or attempt to conceal illegal activity.
Permitted uses
- Separate trial, newsletter, and community registration emails
- Test email flows you are authorized to test
- Create a pauseable address for shopping or memberships
- Check your own delivery status and attachments
Conduct that will result in closure
- Fraud, harassment, impersonation, or malware distribution
- Evading bans, bulk registration, or vote manipulation
- Violating privacy, copyright, or other legal rights
- Probing, disrupting, or overwhelming our infrastructure
5. Address and account control
A temporary email token acts as the access credential for that session, and anyone who has it may be able to read the messages. The forwarding dashboard uses an email verification code for sign-in. Protect your receiving mailbox and local login token, and delete the address or end the session if you suspect a compromise.
6. Retention and capacity limits
Temporary sessions last 3 hours by default and may be extended up to 24 hours. Forwarding records are generally retained for up to 30 days. We may limit individual message size, the number of addresses, request rates, and storage capacity to keep the service stable for everyone.
| Item | Service boundary | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary address | Expires and may not be recoverable | Do not use it for critical account recovery |
| Attachments | Temporary inboxes do not retain attachments | Use a forwarding address when you need attachments |
| Delivery records | Retained for up to 30 days | Save important content to your own mailbox promptly |
| Third-party rejection | Some websites block disposable domains | Follow the other party’s rules and choose an appropriate address |
7. Third-party services
Senders, receiving providers, and link destinations are operated by third parties; their delays, filtering, and content are beyond our control. Third-party brands shown in example emails are for interface illustration only and do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
8. Security and abuse response
We may use automated and manual measures to identify high-volume requests, malicious content, and violations. To protect users and infrastructure, we may restrict access, suspend addresses, retain necessary logs, or comply with legal requirements. We will not disclose details in advance if doing so could weaken our security measures.
9. Intellectual property
This site’s interface, branding, code, and original copy are protected by applicable law; the email content itself remains the property of its respective rights holders. You may not copy the site to impersonate a service, mislead users, or exploit it commercially in bulk without permission.
10. Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature for security, operational, or legal reasons, and will explain major changes where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service, clear local data, or delete forwarding addresses at any time. Liability limitations and other provisions that should survive by their nature will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee delivery, acceptance of an address by every third party, or permanent data recovery. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, or consequences resulting from using a temporary address for a critical account.
12. Indemnity, governing law, and contact
If your unlawful or non-compliant use causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you are responsible to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the applicable law where the service operator is based. For questions, please contact support@emailsee.com; we will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue.
